Five questions about how you teach; a recommended stack with the reasoning behind every pick. No email address required — the result is right here on the page, and you can share it with a link.
Recommendations come from the same researched dataset as our tool directory and follow our methodology. Some result links are affiliate links (disclosure); they never change what we recommend.
Approximate pricing, checked June–July 2026 — confirm current rates on each vendor's site. Every pick explains why it fits your answers; swap anything using the directory.
The finder maps your answers to the same dataset behind our directory. In short: studio owners are pointed at studio management platforms (Momence, Arketa, or Walla depending on budget); independent teachers who want one bill are pointed at an all-in-one (OfferingTree, or Marvelous for online-first teachers); budget-first teachers start with free plans (Momence, Ubindi, MailerLite, Canva); teachers with steady schedules who dislike per-sale fees get flat-priced booking (Punchpass); 1:1-heavy teachers get Acuity; anyone teaching online gets Zoom, plus Uscreen or Marvelous once on-demand video is a real revenue stream; and teachers whose bottleneck is planning get Tummee. The logic is deliberately simple and visible — no scoring theater.
It doesn't collect any personal or health information, and the result never requires an email address.
